The John M. McKay Scholarship is a scholarship that qualifies children with special needs and /or learning disabilities and their families to choose the best learning environment for their children. The McKay Scholarship provides these families with an equal educational opportunity in either public/private schools.

GARDINER SCHOLARSHIP   (Formerly The PLSA Scholarship)












The PLSA Scholarship is a scholarship that is awarded to families of students with specific disabilities or a doctors' diagnosis. To be eligible students must be a resident of this state; eligible to enroll in kindergarten through grade 12 in a public school in this state or will be 3 or 4 years old before September 1; as well as has a disability as defined below:
